If the client communicates delays in installation or delivery exceeding one week or fails to respond or arrange pickup within one week of being notified that the items are ready, an initial storage charge will apply for moving the items into storage. Subsequently, weekly charges per pallet will incurred.

Wood Disclaimer:

Clients should be aware that wood is a natural material, and variations in color, tone, and pattern are inherent between species and even within the same species. Firstly, refinishing old pieces may result in variations due to changes in tannins and chemicals over time. As well as, while we strive to match pieces, some variation is unavoidable. Lastly, wood may still mark or dent upon impact, with different woods exhibiting varying degrees of susceptibility.

By engaging in business with QA Group, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. QA Group reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Please review our terms periodically for any changes.

LIMITED WARRANTIES

Limited Warranties are non-transferable. The following Limited Warranties given to the original purchaser of the following from QA Group.

Workmanship Warranty:

Our Workmanship Warranty is extended for a period of one (1) year for the upholstery or refinishing work undertaken. Finish failure, seam slippage, and stitching, zippers, padding, as well as attachment (tacking, stapling) also spring work included subject to normal usage of the item. QA Group’s sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement, at our discretion or as otherwise agreed with you, of any part or parts covered by this warranty and found to be defective. Moving damage, excessive wear, misuse, neglect, or abuse excluded.

Replacement Cushion Warranty:

A one (1) year warranty is extended to our recommended Ultra-Foam, Foam-Core-Down-Wrap and Feather/Down cushion cores when subject to normal use for the item. We warrant all foam and foam core cushions against abnormal loss of foam resiliency. Not to be confused with normal softening that occurs in all foam with actual loss of resiliency. We warrant all down and down wrap cushions against ticking and baffle separation. Down or down blend cushions will lose some initial loft over time and natural wrinkling will occur. Stated above considered normal wear and not a manufacturing defect. Down, feather and down-foam combinations are to be fluffed regularly to retain even distribution of fibers.

Furthermore, to keep your new cushions in best condition, we suggest vacuuming and, if reversible, turning the cushions over on a regular basis for prolonged cushion life. Existing cushions that we have repackaged excluded from this warranty except as covered under the Workmanship Warranty terms. QA Group’s sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement, at our discretion or as otherwise agreed with you, of any part or parts covered by this warranty and found to be defective.

Fabric, Window Coverings, and New Furniture:

See manufacturer’s warranty information of new furniture, window coverings, upholstery fabrics, and leather. Manufacturers do not guarantee products for wearing quality, color fastness, fabric shrinkage, fiber migration, pilling, wrinkling, or stretching, these properties not covered under this warranty. Queen Anne Upholstery Inc does not assume responsibility for Customer’s Own Materials (COM).

These warranties do not require registration. Your acceptance of delivery of our completed work is the beginning of the warranty period. In some unique circumstances, beyond our control, we may be unable to warranty work on a particular item requested of us due to underlying defects or limitations of the item or by the scope of work or by customer provided materials.
