General Terms: These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and guidelines.
We offer pickup and delivery services limited to the ground floor or curbside only. However, please ensure your items are accessible and ready for transportation.
If the client communicates delays in installation or delivery exceeding one week or fails to respond or arrange pickup within one week of being notified that the items are ready, an initial storage charge will apply for moving the items into storage. Subsequently, weekly charges per pallet will be incurred.
Clients should be aware that wood is a natural material, and variations in color, tone, and pattern are inherent between species and even within the same species. While we strive to match pieces, some variation is unavoidable. Wood may still mark or dent upon impact, with different woods exhibiting varying degrees of susceptibility.
By engaging in business with QA Group, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. QA Group reserves the right to update these terms as needed. Additionally, please review our terms periodically for any changes.
