DeLille En Ville opened in Seattle’s University Village as a vibrant urban extension of the celebrated winery. The vision was to create a welcoming, refined space where wine and food could be enjoyed in equal measure, with seating that would carry the atmosphere from bright daytime tastings to intimate evening dinners.

QA Group partnered with Design Well Spent to deliver a full suite of custom seating that shaped the entire guest experience. Along the windows, long L- and U-shaped banquettes were built, some stretching over 14 feet, giving the café and dining areas generous runs of seating while framing the natural light. In the main dining room, custom booths and banquettes provided more intimate spaces, with U-shaped configurations that encourage conversation while still feeling connected to the energy of the room.

Freestanding center banquettes were fabricated in six matching sections, each about six feet long, which guide circulation and add dimension to the open floorplan. In the solarium, a series of cushioned seats and backs were created in bright tones, each around six feet wide, designed for casual lounging and easy rearrangement. Together, the scope delivered more than 100 linear feet of tailored seating, each piece carefully proportioned to maximize both comfort and flow.

By combining thoughtful detailing, warm finishes, and a variety of scales, the seating package became the thread that ties together the café, restaurant, and solarium into one cohesive and inviting experience
